(a) A copy of the Canton Gazette of the 30th December, 1926, containing comments on the Foreign Office Lemoran- dum concerning British policy in China.
(b) Translation of an article appearing in the Hong Kong Shun Po of the 23rd December, and containing Mr. Eugene Ch'en's instructions to the departmental heads of the Nationalist Government on the handling of foreign
relations.
